Overview: Privacy Notice Creation & Management

This module deals with privacy policies and notices. Privacy Policies are outwards public-facing documents used by organizations to promise how they plan to manage their customers’ personal data. Privacy Notices are explained later on in this module.

This module also discusses the challenges organizations face in drafting Privacy Policies and keeping them detailed, accurate, and updated. The module then explores privacy notice creation and management under the PrivacyOps approach and across different maturity levels of compliance to showcase all the benefits the PrivacyOps approach brings towards organizations’ maintaining proper, transparent, and updated privacy notices.
